İMP is a directory and relay platform that gives single-point access to local television channels of Istanbul districts. Content, continuity and broadcasting rights belong to the respective district channels and broadcasters.

İMP does not record, archive or redistribute streams; it relays the HLS endpoint provided by the broadcaster. Where technically required (missing CORS or HTTPS on the broadcaster side), the stream passes through İMP servers without any modification to the content.

Recording, copying, re-publishing or commercially exploiting the streams without permission is prohibited.

Automated overloading of the platform, bulk extraction of stream endpoints and attempts to bypass security measures are prohibited.

The service is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free streaming is not warranted; interruptions usually originate from the broadcaster’s own infrastructure.
