Processing is carried out under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Viewers: while a stream is playing, an anonymous session identifier generated in your browser, the channel you are watching and a timestamp are sent to the server every 30 seconds, solely to display the live viewer count. These records are deleted within 10 minutes and are not linked to your name, email or IP address. The identifier disappears when you close the tab.

Broadcaster applications: organisation name, contact person, email, phone, district, HLS stream URL and your message, used to evaluate the application and reply to you.

Abuse prevention: your IP address is not stored in plain text; only a salted one-way hash is kept to apply a short-lived rate limit.

Administration accounts: email address, full name and role.

Data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (Frankfurt) region. Under KVKK Article 9 this constitutes a cross-border transfer and is handled accordingly.

Viewer heartbeat records are kept for 10 minutes, channel health records for 30 days.

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to yayin@imp.istanbul; requests are answered within 30 days.
